French-style praline from FAUCHON

With this selection, FAUCHON explores the different facets of praline and invites you to discover distinct, refined flavours, and textures that are both crunchy and melt-in-the-mouth. Developed in partnership with Pascal Caffet – crowned “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” and a FAUCHON Talent – these pralines are made using traditional techniques. Slow roasted to release all the fruit’s aromas, the praline is blended with the chocolate on the same day the sweets are made.

FAUCHON pralines are therefore distinguished by their ultra-freshness and aromatic intensity. They are available in an ever-changing variety of exclusive recipes with exceptional ingredients: Piedmont hazelnut, Valencian almond, 70% Venezuelan dark chocolate or 40% Ivory Coast milk chocolate.
Jointly developed with Pascal Caffet, crowned “Meilleur Ouvrier de France”, this box invites you to discover French-style pralines:

Praliné noisette gianduja Hazelnut coconut praline: the coconut brings fresh and exotic notes to the
hazelnut praline. This bold combination is characterised by its crunchiness,
smoothness and lingering taste.
Praliné noisette gianduja Hazelnut Gianduja Praline: the crunchiness and intensity of hazelnut praline
combined with a whole Piedmont hazelnut are balanced by the well-rounded,
smooth taste of milk chocolate.
Praliné amande noix de pécan Layered walnut praline: the bitterness of the dark chocolate, the texture and
flavour of the walnut and the crispiness of the feuillantine give this praline a
strong personality!
Praliné noix feuilleté Almond and pecan nut praline: all the crunchiness of a lightly caramelised
pecan nut combined with the sweetness of milk chocolate!
Praliné amande noisette Almond and hazelnut praline: A sweet with distinct and bold flavours. The strong
and robust character of the dark chocolate is enhanced by the almond’s bitterness.
